JASA packaging systems and Mountec Logistic Solutions have been linked for many years, but have now decided to formally join forces and continue under one name, JASA, with a new logo.
Following the success of the Quatro Pack machine in the Netherlands some machines have been placed in other countries. Various pack houses in Belgium, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey use the machine to make a rigid block bottom pack. Amongst the products being packed are potatoes, onions, nuts. The main advantage of the Quatro style bag is its presentation possibilities.The vertical edges of the pack are welded with a double layer of film. This gives the bag its rigid form that even keeps shape when bulky products such as potatoes are packed in it.
In one of the seals the closing seal is incorporated. This offers a full printable front and back of the packaging without interference of seals. This means optimal communication surface and best possible presentation on the shelf.
