QUATRO PACK successful in European fruit and vegetable market

Following the success of the Quatro Pack machine in the Netherlands some machines have been placed in other countries. Various pack houses in Belgium, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey use the machine to make a rigid block bottom pack. Amongst the products being packed are potatoes, onions, nuts. The main advantage of the Quatro style bag is its presentation possibilities.

Na het succes van de Quatro Pack-machine in Nederland zijn het afgelopen jaar verscheidene van deze machines in Europa geplaatst. Bij diverse verpakkingsbedrijven in België, Noorwegen, Zwitserland, Turkije en Nederland wordt de Quatro Pack succesvol ingezet om een stevige blokbodem-staverpakking te maken. Onder andere noten, aardappelen en uien worden op deze manier verpakt.

NEWTEC Proves Leadership in the Field of Apple Weighers

The 2014AP has now been tested in production for almost one year and several machines have been delivered. Progressive Food Solutions, based in Marietta, Georgia, is a leading packer and supplier of cut and processed vegetables to the fast food industry. Ag-Pak worked closely with our local dealer Jeff Dembiec of Asset Design (www.assetdesign.com) and Backus Equipment of Dubois, Pennsylvania to custom engineer a solution for Progressive Foods that provided the capability to output packages with a high degree of weighment accuracy, while adapting to space constraints within the packing house. Emerald Coast - USA

Emerald Coast Produce, based in Pensacola, Florida, produces and distributes packaged produce, to include bags of cut sweet potatoes, collard greens, mustard greens, and kale. Emerald Coast worked closely with Jeff Dembiec of Asset Design (www.assetdesign.com), an integral part of our Ag-Pak dealer network, to help them design and implement a solution to meet their packaging needs.

Overname Conpax Servo-Wrap door PMT

Per 1 januari 2005 heeft PMT Rotterdam bv (een onderdeel van Pannekeet Machinetechniek bv uit Alkmaar) alle industriële activiteiten van Conpax Servo-Wrap overgenomen. Na succesvolle samenwerking binnen diverse projecten in het verleden is besloten deze stap te ondernemen. Door het naadloos aansluiten van de activiteiten van Servo-Wrap bij die van PMT is dit een logische zet geweest.
